The scholarships are being awarded competitively. All applications will be carefully reviewed. While an offer is not guaranteed, strong candidates are encouraged to apply. Applications close on the 20th February 2026. Only shortlisted candidates will be invited for interview in March 2026. Successful candidates must register for the PhD before 15th July 2026, otherwise the offer will be withdrawn.

Funding 

A successful Home candidate will receive: A Full tuition fee waiver at the university Home-student rate for the specified duration of the scholarship 

A successful International candidate will receive: A tuition fee waiver for 50% of the International-student rate for the specified duration of the scholarship. 

Tuition fees are subject to annual increases. 

This scholarship does not include funding for living expenses.
