This success provides a powerful springboard for a new VPA who is ready to define a fresh strategic vision for the Advancement division while fostering a thriving, collaborative culture. King is specifically seeking a builder—someone who can architect robust systems and operations from the ground up while simultaneously recruiting and mentoring an excellent team to sustain its upward momentum. Serving as a critical member of the President’s Cabinet, the VPA will provide leadership to all areas of fundraising and play a central role in shaping the future of the university.
