Summary

The purpose of the job is to assist professor in updating and maintaining a research project database and to perform other related tasks.

Essential Functions

  • Locate and sort court records, news articles & other materials by name and/or case number
  • Log case numbers on all new/supplemental documents
  • Scan and index documents into OnBase
  • Enter new case information into project relational database in OnBase
  • Complete errata reports for missing data reduction


Minimum Qualifications

  • Sophomore standing or higher & preference to Criminal Justice majors
  • Familiarity and experience with OnBase content management system
  • Familiarity and experience with Microsoft Office applications
  • Completion of Responsible Conduct in Research training prior to start of job
  • Must be able to type 20 words per minute.
