| Job Summary | This position provides and delivers advisory/technical assistance to employees and students to guarantee swift resolution of issues. This position will also offers aid for in-class technology, student computers, printer systems, plotters, and faculty tech needs, encompassing the setup and tuning of classroom elements as well as the configuration and diagnostic of client hardware. Alongside this, the role will collaborate with the APLA End Point Support Analyst to identify technological challenges and devise solutions aligning with the School’s objectives. Temporary Employment Services (TES), a unit of the Auburn University Department of Human Resources, is an in-house support center established to meet the temporary employment needs of the university. TES provides qualified and dedicated temporary employees in a wide variety of occupations to meet the staffing needs throughout the campus.
