The Semel Institute is seeking to hire a motivated and detail-oriented Staff Research Associate I to support innovative research focused on infant and child development. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to impactful, federally funded research examining early development through both in-lab and remote assessments. The Staff Research Associate will play a key role in coordinating day-to-day study operations, including participant recruitment and engagement, conducting developmental assessments, and ensuring high-quality data collection. The position also involves overseeing research activities and supporting junior study staff, while collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams. Additional responsibilities include managing study data, performing basic analyses, preparing reports, and assisting with submissions to the National Institutes of Health
Hourly range: $28.69-$34.21
