| Description | This senior level mechanical technician position is an integral member of our campus services team and responsible for the installation, maintenance, repair, and operational support of complex mechanical systems across the University’s campus facilities. The role involves advanced technical knowledge in HVAC systems, building automation systems (BAS), mechanical equipment, and related building infrastructure. The position frequently supports licensed system operations and may provide technical oversight or guidance to other maintenance personnel performing mechanical work. Specialized trade skills and one or more State of Maine mechanical trade licenses are required.
