| Job Summary | The Salesforce & Data Analyst position supports the Manager of Salesforce and Data Administration for the College of Engineering by providing analytical, reporting, and data management support across multiple systems. This role helps maintain data quality, produces actionable insights, supports enrollment dashboards, coordinates external reporting, and assists with communication workflows. The specialist also works with the Manager to identify, develop, and implement new Salesforce use cases across the college’s academic and administrative units to improve processes and enhance data-driven decision-making. |

Minimum Qualifications
| Minimum Qualifications | Level I: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, Information Systems, or related field and 0 years of experience in the design, analysis, and reporting of data. Level II: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, Information Systems, or related field and 2 years of experience in the design, analysis, and reporting of data. Level III: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, Information Systems, or related field and 4 years of experience in the design, analysis, and reporting of data. Substitution allowed for Experience: When a candidate has the required education, but lacks the required experience, they may normally apply additional appropriate education toward the experience requirement, at a rate of one (1) year relevant education per year of required experience |
