The Institute for the Study of Employee Ownership and Profit Sharing within the School of Management and Labor Relations seeks a highly motivated individual to conduct data analysis of the National Longitudinal Survey of Youth and another data set for a short report. The research assistant will perform data analysis, conduct background research and write the short report.

Qualifications


Minimum Education and Experience
PhD in economics or a social science field; knowledge of employee ownership models. Demonstrated experience in quantitative research. Strong writing and communication skills with a track record of producing academic or professional publications. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. 
Certifications/Licenses
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Quantitative skills, data analysis skills. Familiarity with the NLSY97 dataset.
