| Work Schedule Summary | Monday through Friday, with occasional evenings or weekends to support student-facing classes and events. This position is fully on-site and not eligible for hybrid or remote work arrangements. As an “essential” campus role, the employee mustwork in person at the University of Utah to support students, faculty, and staff directly. |

| Job Summary | The Master of Healthcare Administration (MHA) program at the David Eccles School of Business seeks a collaborative, experienced professional to serve as the Manager and Career Coach. This role supports key program priorities, enhances the student experience, and strengthens employer and community engagement. The Manager will lead the MHA program’s career advancement and coaching efforts, serving as the primary point of contact for student career development, employer engagement related to career placement, and case competition coordination. In addition, this role supports accreditation activities and assists with core program initiatives. The ideal candidate brings experience within the healthcare ecosystem along with strong organizational, relationship-building, and coaching skills, and a commitment to supporting graduate student success. |

| Minimum Qualifications | EQUIVALENCY STATEMENT: 1 year of higher education can be substituted for 1 year of directly related work experience (Example: bachelor’s degree = 4 years of directly related work experience). Requires a bachelor’s (or equivalency) + 6 years or a master’s (or equivalency) + 4 years of directly related work experience. |
