The George Washington University’s College of Professional Studies (CPS) is seeking a Program Associate, Enrollment Operations to serve as the operational bridge between Admissions, Communications, and IT. This is a critical, cross-functional role that blends project coordination, communications execution, and CRM fluency to create seamless, high-quality experiences for prospective and current students. About This Role: The Program Associate, Enrollment Operations reports to the Associate Dean of Enrollment Management & Student Life and joins a team of dedicated admissions and student success professionals. This role provides high-impact, cross-functional coordination to support prospective student engagement and enrollment goals. You will be the connective tissue linking Admissions, Communications, and IT—ensuring multichannel campaigns run smoothly, systems stay aligned, and communications reach the right prospective students at the right time. You will manage day-to-day projects, execute student communications, support CRM operations and reporting, and provide essential logistical and administrative support across admissions initiatives. You will expertly manage competing priorities and complex workflows with a meticulous eye for detail and a commitment to hitting every deadline in the following core areas of responsibility: Project Coordination & Operational Support

Event & Collateral Management
The Program Associate may provide general administrative support to the Associate Dean, Enrollment Management and Student Life, and support colleagues and activities throughout the College. Performs other related duties as assigned. The omission of specific duties does not preclude the supervisor from assigning duties that are logically related to the position. This is a hybrid position with three days in the office in Washington, DC or northern Virginia and two days remote. There will be some required in-person meetings in Washington, DC, as well as travel for recruiting events. |
