Position Qualification


Position Summary
The individual will perform surgical procedures on experimental rat and swine subjects according to protocols. This individual will help manage the large-animal research component of the laboratory. The work will include participation in surgical procedures involving porcine research subjects, the induction and administration of general anesthesia, major operative procedures (including laparotomy, open vascular and endovascular procedures, and other interventions), and postoperative recovery and observation.
