Qualifications

  • Onboarding Specialist I: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent + 1 year of human resources related experience.

  • Onboarding Specialist II: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent + 3 years of human resources related experience.

*Compensation and classification is based on the analyses of the above qualifications during the recruitment process.
