| Job Summary | Human Resources Assistant: Are you a detail-oriented, self-motivated student who takes pride in helping others? Are you looking for a part-time opportunity to gain hands-on experience in human resources while making a meaningful impact? If so, we invite you to join our team at the University of Utah as a Human Resources Assistant! In this role, you will support the Human Resources team with onboarding processes, including Form I-9 compliance, as well as general administrative and file maintenance tasks. Your attention to detail and ability to take initiative will play an important role in supporting a smooth and efficient onboarding experience for new employees. | Minimum Qualifications | High school diploma or equivalency (one year of education can be substituted for two years of related work experience) required. One year full-time customer service experience or equivalency, demonstrated human relation and effective communication skills also required.
