Research Assistant sought to assist on qualitative review and research project regarding narrative responses from medical students regarding delirium workshop. Expectations include reviewing and coding narrative responses, participation in statistical analysis, and participation in manuscript preparation (with authorship opportunity). There may additionally be the opportunity to travel and present at conferences if work is accepted for presentation.

• Registered or soon-to-be registered for classes as a Medical Student at the University of Minnesota
• Familiarity in qualitative methods and statistics
• Comfort with basic office/google applications
• Interest in geriatrics preferred but not required

The Department of Family Medicine and Community Health at the University of Minnesota was created more than 50 years ago in response to a legislative mandate to train primary care physicians. Since then, we have been leaders in transforming the specialty through education, research, and patient care. We are the academic sponsor of seven family medicine residencies—five in the Twin Cities, two in Greater Minnesota. We are involved in medical student education activities across the Medical School's two campuses: Twin Cities and Duluth. We sponsor five fellowship programs—sports medicine, hospice and palliative medicine, clinical informatics, behavioral medicine, and human sexuality— and offer continuing medical education opportunities. Pay Rate: $27.95 per hour; depending on education/qualifications/experience.
