| Position Summary | The College of University Libraries and Learning Sciences (CULLS) seeks a skilled, proactive Senior Marketing Rep to lead communications and marketing initiatives for the College. CULLS consists of the University Libraries (including the Center for Southwest Research and the Spanish Colonial Research Center), the Organization, Information & Learning Sciences (OILS) degree program and the UNM Press. This position will primarily provide communication and marketing support for the University Libraries, OILS, and the College as a whole. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing a strategic communications plan, serving as the primary media contact for the College, overseeing social media, donor communications, newsletters, speeches, etc., for College news, events, and initiatives. University Libraries contain over 3 million volumes and includes three central campus libraries: Centennial Science & Engineering Library, Fine Arts & Design Library, and Zimmerman Library (humanities, social sciences, and education). A fourth facility, the South Campus Repository, serves as a long-term offsite repository for library collections. Founded in 1889, the University of New Mexico sits on the traditional homelands of the Pueblo of Sandia. The original peoples of New Mexico – Pueblo, Navajo, and Apache – since time immemorial, have deep connections to the land and have made significant contributions to the broader community statewide.
