The Intermediate Data Analyst for the Office of Patient Experience, will be part of a dynamic team contributing to the implementation of patient and family centered principles. The Intermediate Data Analyst is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting complex data sets to provide insights and recommendations to support business decision-making.

- Serves as a catalyst in improving patient experience of care outcomes by studying, evaluating, and re-designing processes and recommending/implementing changes.
- Collaborate with Office of Patient Experience team as well as across teams on translating research and analytic questions into initial analytic plans based on research and analytic questions.
- Collaborates with others to identify and respond to specific issues/projects within disciplines, units, ambulatory areas to improve experience of care.
- Collaborates with various stakeholders in support of meeting customer service and clinical quality outcomes for patient experience.
- Collaborates with Patient Experience Specialist to develop training in support of process improvement initiatives targeting improvement of patient experience.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to define data requirements, develop data models, and create reports and visualizations.
- Coordinates and supports strong service excellence/recovery initiative.
- Coordinates with Patient Experience team to provide analytical data for special projects and process improvement initiatives
- Communicates appropriately using good interpersonal skills. Serves, manages and supports internal and external customers.
- Knowledge of essential techniques for effective communication and collaboration with all disciplines and levels of personnel, patients, and families.
- Ability to share information with patients and families in ways that are understandable and useful.
