| Job Summary/Basic Function | Provide direct phone and email support to students and faculty in their use of instructional tools, including Canvas & other applications. |
| Specific Responsibilities | Directly assist customers with Instructional Tools such as Canvas, LockDown Browser, TurnItIn, and several other applications. Work on projects as assigned. |
| Work Schedule | The Technology Support Center is open: Mon – Fri, 7:30am – 5pm Sun, 12- 5pm Work schedule will be determined by student availability and department needs. |
