Job Summary/Basic Function

Provide direct phone and email support to students and faculty in their use of instructional tools, including Canvas & other applications.
Specific Responsibilities
Directly assist customers with Instructional Tools such as Canvas, LockDown Browser, TurnItIn, and several other applications. Work on projects as assigned.
Work Schedule
The Technology Support Center is open:
Mon – Fri, 7:30am – 5pm
Sun, 12- 5pm
Work schedule will be determined by student availability and department needs.
