Summary

Assist with online classrooms at graduate and/or undergraduate levels in the Instructional Design & Technology program and/or the Management & Technology major. May participate in communication with learners, grading, and providing feedback. May also develop instructional materials and eLearning assets for graduate and/or undergraduate online curriculum using instructional technologies to create interactive learning experiences.

Essential Functions

  • Assist with online class instruction
  • Assist with student work and answer questions
  • Assist with software instruction and projects


Minimum Qualifications

  • Current graduate student
  • Experience teaching online, preferably with adults (andragogy); grading, providing feedback, communicating with students
  • Knowledge of instructional design principles and models (e.g., ADDIE)
  • Knowledge of instructional technologies (e.g., Rise, Storyline, Camtasia, etc.) or willingness to learn
