| Primary Purpose | Instructional Assistants will assist the paramedic course director in the education and evaluation of student performance in the lab experience. |

| Ergonomic Requirements | Work hours are determined by the supervisor and vary based on business needs and locations. Position assignments may be assigned an alternate schedule to service the campus needs. Work will primarily be performed inside classroom/lab settings with occasional outdoor activities. Extended standing required. Lifting of objects under 50 lbs. frequently needed with objects weighing over 100 lbs. at times. Must be able to climb, kneel, stoop, crawl, and crouch. Individuals must be able to perform these functions with or without reasonable accommodations. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit. All individuals are required to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation. |
