| Scope of Job | The Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) program offers doctoral students the opportunity to obtain the prestigious Presidential Research Fellow Award. This award covers mandatory tuition and fees for the DNP program and includes a Research Assistantship requiring 20 hours per week, with a monthly salary of $2,400 ($28,800/year). The award is available for the entire duration of the program, contingent upon maintaining professional and academic performance standards, including a minimum GPA of 3.25. To remain eligible, students must be enrolled full-time, taking at least nine semester credit hours each term. . Student must be willing to work 20 hours per week starting Fall 2025. The student will be working on the following areas:
Student must also be willing to travel to Edinburg and Harlingen locations. |
