Job Description

Assists with office clerical duties including answering the telephone, running campus errands, greeting and assisting visitors, restocking office supplies, organizing work areas and storage spaces, and distributing mail. Assists with the execution and planning of college events. Assists with the creation, distribution, and management of digital and physical college displays and posters. Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

Required Education: Must be currently enrolled in the Spring 2026 Term as a student at the University of Oklahoma. Hiring contingent upon verification of current student status.

  • Must attach spring 2026 OU class schedule.

  • Creative problem-solving skills

  • Ability to interact professionally and build relationships

 

Advertised Physical Requirements:

  • Regularly lifting up to 50 pounds

 

Department Preferences:

  • Graphic design experience

  • Adobe Creative Cloud experience

  • Currently enrolled at the Gaylord College of Journalism and Mass Communication
