| Work Schedule | This is a full-time, 12-month administrative position. Standard work hours are Monday through Friday during regular college business hours (typically between 8:15 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.). This position requires a flexible schedule, including occasional evenings and weekends, to support college events, community engagement activities, and operational needs. |

| Job Description | Reynolds is one of the largest community colleges in Virginia and serves Virginia’s capital city and five nearby counties. Annually, our four campus sites serve approximately 13,000 credit students and provide training for 7,400 students through the Community College Workforce Alliance.
The Dean plays a critical role in advancing the college’s strategic priorities by strengthening transfer pathways, expanding workforce-aligned programming, and fostering partnerships with industry, K-12 systems, and four-year institutions. This position reports to the Vice President of Academic Affairs and serves as a key member of the Academic Leadership Team. Key Responsibilities
