| Responsibilities | CPD General Responsibilities:
Functional Areas: Events Event Assistants collaborate with professional staff to plan, prepare, and execute events such as Career Fairs, Networking Nights, and Senior Week. This position offers hands-on experience in event planning, logistics, teamwork, and problem solving, while helping create seamless and memorable experiences for fellow students and campus guests. Because every event is different, responsibilities vary and offer opportunities to learn new skills throughout the semester. Responsibilities may include:
Marketing Students collaborating with the Office of Career and Professional Development (CPD) on marketing initiatives will contribute to one or more of the following focus areas, depending on skills and interests:
Students typically focus on one primary area, with opportunities to explore additional skills over time. |
| Required Qualifications | Little to minimal prior experience. Ability to learn support process. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite. |
