NYU College of Dentistry's seeks applicants available: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and/or Friday (mornings, and/or afternoons) for a modified (3.5 days) full-time clinical faculty position in the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Pathology, Radiology and Medicine.
Responsibilities include clinical teaching and patient and student evaluation. Clinical teaching will focus on medical risk assessment of patients, soft tissue and radiographic evaluation and dental management of medical complex patients.
In compliance with NYC's Pay Transparency Act, the annual base salary range for this position for the rank of Clinical Assistant Professor is $70K - $110K. New York University considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and organizational considerations when extending an offer.
Qualifications Candidates must possess a DDS or DMD degree and must be eligible for licensure in New York State. General practice residency training or equivalent is required. Five years of clinical practice is required and prior teaching experience is preferred.
