Studio & Faculty Support 


  • Facilitate scheduled studio recording sessions (lightboard, green screen, traditional studio setups). 


  • Assist faculty with on-camera preparation, audio setup, and best practices for instructional video. 


  • Record podcasts and provide basic audio support for faculty and staff. 


  • Capture faculty headshots and ensure proper lighting and composition. 


  


Video Production & Filming 


  • Operate PTZ cameras, standard cameras, and audio gear during studio and field recordings. 


  • Support event recording across campus, including occasional evening or weekend assignments. 


  • Assist with lighting setup, audio capture, and camera operation for instructional and promotional shoots. 


Post-Production 


  • Edit video projects using Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere Pro, or DaVinci Resolve. 


  • Perform basic color correction, audio cleanup, and graphics/titles integration. 


  • Prepare deliverables aligned with UNF and CIRT brand guidelines. 


  • Work collaboratively with faculty to refine edits and ensure instructional clarity. 


Technical & Equipment Maintenance 


  • Help maintain studio, lighting, camera, and audio equipment. 


  • Assist with media management, file organization, and backing up project assets. 


  • Ensure studio spaces remain organized and ready for recording sessions.


 

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent. 
Experience in video editing and camera operation. 
Familiarity with Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere Pro, and DaVinci Resolve. 
Ability to lift and transport video equipment (approx. 40 lbs). 
Valid driver’s license and ability to assist with field shoots on and off campus.  

Preferred Qualifications 


  • Bachelor’s degree in film, media, communications, or related field or equivalent professional experience. 


  • Experience with studio production, including lighting and audio workflows. 


  • Familiarity with PTZ camera operation. 


  • Experience supporting clients or faculty in a production environment. 


  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative, service-oriented approach.
