Job Summary/Basic Function
The Charles E. Brown Cultural Center (CEBCC) Graduate Assistant will collect, compile research and assess data for students in the ISUcceed Program as well as plan events and programming.
Specific Responsibilities
Work Schedule
Monday through Friday, will be working the Charles E. Brown Cultural Center Iconic events, with the exception of working some weekends.

Job Duties


Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Supervise the CEBCC student staff 
  • Website Content Development
  • Co Advise CEBCC student organizations
  • Plan and coordinate monthly social activities
  • Designing programing to meet the cultural needs of all student groups
  • Hold biweekly meetings with CEBCC student staff
  • Complete and submit appropriate reports
  • Maintain attendance records of CEBCC student staff 
  • Maintain confidentiality of student records and files
  • Coordinate K-8th Afterschool homework enrichment 
  • Popcorn and Popup Performance (Monthly Topics on Career and Personal Development)
  • Coffee and College Culture Conversation
  • Assist with assessment of CEBCC activities and programs
  • Assist with the programs and services of the Charles E. Brown Cultural Center (CEBCC) as needed
  • Attend and participate in CEBCC staff retreat, meetings and trainings, which may include individual meetings with the Director, monthly in-service programs, Some weekend and evening duties are required.
