Description

The U.S. Army Institute of Surgical Research (USAISR) is offering translational large animal research opportunities in Burn Resuscitation Research at Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA). This research opportunity is for eligible candidates who would like to learn and gain experience in how to plan and perform large animal research and/or burn research in a military medical environment.

What will I be doing?

As an ORISE participant, you will join a community of scientists and researchers committed to optimizing combat casualty care through translational research. You will engage in large animal research focused on burn resuscitation within the Organ Support and Automation Technologies Department at USAISR.
