This position contributes to the success of Starbucks and the University of Arizona by leading daily store operations and ensuring the delivery of legendary customer service. The Barista, Senior supports the Starbucks Experience by providing prompt, high-quality beverages and food products while maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment within the Student Union. In addition to performing all barista functions, the Shift Lead oversees staff during assigned shifts, monitors inventory and product quality, and ensures compliance with operational standards. This position exercises sound judgment, initiative, and creativity in solving day-to-day challenges, guiding team members, and supporting training and performance expectations.
