Job Description Summary:
The Assistant Professor in the Department of Internal Medicine, Division of Medical Oncology will provide comprehensive, evidence-based care to patients with oncologic conditions in outpatient, consultative, and inpatient settings. This faculty member will participate in teaching and supervision of medical students, residents, and fellows. The position includes providing consultative services for patients managed by other faculty across the University and contributing to clinical, educational, and research initiatives aligned with divisional priorities and areas of expertise.

Provide oncology care in outpatient, consultative, and inpatient settings as directed by the Division Director.
Participate in consult services, inpatient service coverage, and rotating on-call responsibilities with other medical oncology faculty.
Collaborate with faculty and multidisciplinary teams to support patient care and treatment planning.
Participate in teaching and supervision of medical students, residents, and fellows.
Contribute to departmental meetings, conferences, and faculty activities as permitted by clinical and academic responsibilities.

Required Qualifications
Certifications/Licenses: Board certified/board eligible in Medical Oncology or Hematology.
Work Experience: Fellowship trained in Hematology or Oncology.
