| Description | The Assistant Clinical Professor will provide instruction/advising to graduate level nutrition students in both online didactic and laboratory courses. Foci of course content includes clinical and community nutrition content. Courses serve students enrolled in the Masters of Science in Applied Nutrition program. The typical semester teaching responsibility reflects 2-3 didactic and/or lab courses; and coursework typically unfolds over 8-week consecutive terms. The successful candidate may also be invited to engage in curriculum development and participate in academic advising, recruiting, course and program assessment, and service to the school, college and university. The Assistant Clinical Professor will work with the Program Director and other Program faculty and staff to maintain and support the goals and needs of the program in compliance with ACEND accreditation requirements.
