| Position Highlights | The College of Nursing is looking for an organized, detail-oriented candidate to fill the position of Admissions Advisor for its entry-level bachelor and master programs. As a member of the Office of Student & Academic Affairs (OSAA), this role oversees the admissions and onboarding process for entry-level BSN and MSN academic programs in the college. A big part of this role is supporting entry-level students before, during and after the admissions process – from initial inquiry through matriculation in the college’s degree programs. Under the guidance of the Director of Student Affairs, the Admissions Advisor is responsible for facilitating a smooth transition from prospective applicant to fully onboarded student. We are looking for a dynamic individual who:
Join OSAA as an Admissions Professional and become part of a team dedicated to creating a welcoming, empowering environment where students feel a strong sense of belonging and are supported in their journey to becoming professional nurses. At OSAA, our culture is intentional and values-driven. We prioritize community, trust, respect, empathy, collaboration, and an ethic of care, while also embracing curiosity, problem-solving, gratitude, and continuous growth. We are seeking a candidate who:
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who values meaningful work, strong team culture, and efficient systems, and who is eager to contribute to the success of students and the mission of OSAA. Outstanding U of A benefits include health, dental, and vision insurance plans; life insurance and disability programs; paid vacation, sick leave, and holidays; U of A/ASU/NAU tuition reduction for the employee and qualified family members; retirement plans; access to U of A recreation and cultural activities; and more!
