Job Duties
| Job Duty | Coordinate logistical aspects of trainings for medical professionals and internships by maintaining event calendars, scheduling rooms, preparing materials, and assisting with catering arrangements in accordance with established procedures. Attend center meetings and assist with planning, scheduling, and executing center events as directed. Provide day-to-day administrative guidance to interns and student participants regarding schedules and required documentation. |
