Job Responsibilities

• Teach and assess at least 3 courses in the following core subjects:
  • Business Process Modelling and IT Systems
  • Logistics IT Systems
  • Fundamentals of Business Administration
  • Industrial Automation Technology
• Develop course materials and curricula aligned with international standards and industry business IT practices
• Supervise student projects and internships in business process optimization, IT systems implementation, and digital transformation
• Engage in applied research and publish in peer-reviewed journals
• Collaborate with industry partners

Job Qualifications

• Master's degree or above in Information Systems, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or closely related field
• Strong expertise in business process modelling and IT systems
• Strong foundation in systems analysis, database management, and business process optimization principles
• Industry experience in business analysis, IT consulting, ERP implementation, or business process optimization strongly preferred
• Ability to work effectively in an international and multicultural environment
• Excellent communication skills in English (B2 or above); German is desirable
