We (Queen Mary Students’ Union) are a democratic, membership-led charity that exists to improve students’ lives. You will support this mission bybeing the front face of the Students’ Union Hub, answering questions, providing support and directions as well as processing room bookings, and so much more. Every day will be different, and you’ll be the go-to person who knows what’s going on and where to find it, and you’ll get the buzz of making someone’s day that little bit easier. The Customer Service Administrator role is also about creating a welcoming, energetic, and supportive atmosphere right at the Students’ Union’s front door. The Students’ Union supports over 28,000 students who make up the diverse and vibrant student body at Queen Mary University of London.
This is a full-time (35 hours per week) fixed term position. The starting salary will be £29,818 per annum, inclusive of the London Allowance, with annual raises by one point as set out in the QMUL Pay and Grading Structure. Benefits include 30 days of annual leave plus university closure days and bank holidays, a pension scheme, free gym membership, 20% off in our outlets, and an interest-free TFL/Railway season ticket loan.
