We are currently recruiting for an Outlet Manager, responsible for the seamless front of house operations of the Founders Kitchen on campus. This is an exciting time for Royal Holloway, and we are seeking applicants who are passionate about food and delivering sector leading customer service. The Outlet manager will be responsible for managing and motivating the team and ensuring inspirational customer service is always achieved while driving and increasing sales and controlling costs. Please note this role will require some evening and weekend work, time off in lieu will be provided accordingly. 

We will provide you with all relevant and necessary training to ensure you are fully equipped to help us deliver a first-class customer experience.
