EDUC0L Project – PSITIC (FPCEE Blanquerna, Ramon Llull University)
The Blanquerna Foundation of Ramon Llull University is opening a call for a research assistant linked to the research project “Collaborative practices between school and community: Evidence for leadership in improving education (EDUC0L)”, directed by Dr. Mireia Civís and Dr. Jordi Díaz-Gibson.
The EDUC0L project analyses collaborative practices between schools and communities and their impact on learning, organisational culture and educational leadership. The research is carried out in collaboration with educational centres with a consolidated track record of working with their local community.

Skills/Qualifications
The position is aimed at graduates, preferably with a completed master’s degree (or in the final stages) in the field of education, social sciences or related areas, and with an interest in starting or continuing a PhD career.
The following will be particularly valued:
- Interest in educational research and fieldwork.
- Organisational capacity, autonomy and responsibility.
- Good communication skills.
- Proficiency in Catalan and Spanish.
- Previous experience in qualitative research (interviews, focus groups, data analysis), although this is not essential.
