We are seeking to hire a Research Engineer to conduct interdisciplinary research on risk modeling, analysis and management of complex systems that involve technology, business, humanity and arts. The role will focus on literature study, risk framework and model development, industry data and case collection, and providing support in paper and book publication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting literature study on risk management across multiple disciplines including engineering, business, humanity and arts.

• Collecting industry data and compiling case studies involving risk management in a cross-cultural environment.

• Developing integrated risk management framework

• Developing risk analysis models

• Preparing research papers

• Assist in book publication

Job Requirements:

• Education qualifications: Bachelor/Master’s degree in System Analysis

• Soft skills: strong communication skills, project management skills

• Hard skills: risk modeling

• Experience: working/internship experience in a multicultural environment to support industry data collection and case studies for a cross-cultural environment

• Competencies: fast learning capabilities, adaptable to different cultural contexts.
