Offer Description
“Sistem Informatic pentru Executorii Judecătorești (SIEJ)”, SMIS code 322382, contract no. 322382, is an EU co-funded project, financed by the Fondul European pentru Dezvoltare Regională (FEDR), under the Smart Growth, Digitalisation and Financial Instruments Programme 2021–2027 (Programul Creștere Inteligentă, Digitalizare și Instrumente Financiare 2021-2027).
The project is implemented between 17 December 2025 and 17 December 2027 and aims to digitalize public services provided by the National Union of Judicial Enforcement Officers (UNEJ) through the development of integrated IT solutions, including blockchain-based technologies and verifiable credential systems.
These digital services are designed for citizens and businesses interested in participating in the sale of assets subject to enforcement proceedings, contributing to increased transparency, security, and efficiency of public services.

Strong foundation in software engineering principles, data structures, and algorithms.
Experience in designing, developing, testing, and maintaining software applications.
Ability to analyze requirements, solve complex technical problems and write clean, maintainable code.
Good understanding of software quality, testing practices and debugging techniques.
Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail and ability to work independently and in teams.
Effective communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Computer operation: Windows (7, 8, 10)
Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint
Professional use of email and digital collaboration tools
Specific Requirements
Bachelor studies in Computer Science and Information Technology.
Experience in implementing software projects (minimum one year)

16.03.2026 – Administrative verification, selection, and evaluation of application files
17.03.2026 – Publication of partial results
18.03.2026 – Submission of appeals regarding the evaluation of application files
19.03.2026 – Publication of the appeal decisions + interview scheduling if at least 2 candidates apply for the same position, meet the minimum mandatory requirements, and obtain similar scores / final results if the interview stage is not organized
