We are seeking one technical assistant who will be responsible for assisting with experiments and related duties.

Chemical experiments (synthesis, thin film fabrication, instrumental analysis)
Instrument cleaning
Ordering reagents and supplies
Maintenance and management of equipment
Data organization and analysis using PC
Drawing graphs using PC
Creating data summary using PC
Administrative work using the university's internal system

No experience in the above is required. We welcome those who are willing to work on the contents even if they have no experience.

Work place is in a laboratory at the Graduate School of Engineering, Tohoku University (Aobayama Campus). You will follow the instructions of the faculty member (associate professor) and carry out work related to research in the fields of chemistry and materials. You may be required to have short-term trip (day trip or several days visit,) for experimental purposes, but family circumstances and other reasons will be taken into consideration for the trip.
