[Responsibilities]
Educational Activities and Program Management under the MEXT “Inter-University Exchange Project”
① Teaching Responsibilities
Teaching approximately 4–5 courses per semester in the areas of common liberal arts education and global studies *¹.
② Pre-departure Training and Student Support for Outbound Programs
Conducting pre-departure training for Japanese students, including the development of foreign language proficiency(conducted in English);designing and implementing BM programs and COIL courses;
serving as a faculty escort for JIGE/IIGE outbound programs;
and managing online training components for students (in both Japanese and English). *²
③ Operation and Implementation of a Multilateral COIL Program
Managing and delivering courses within a Multilateral COIL Program related to Creative Thinking, Society 5.0 Skills, and Research Skills Development (conducted in English).
④ Collaborative Implementation of FD/SD Programs
Co-planning and co-implementing Faculty Development (FD) and Staff Development (SD) programs.
⑤ Inbound Student Programs
Planning, implementing, and managing programs for the acceptance of international students under “Inter-University Exchange Project”
⑥ Other Related Duties
Performing other duties related to “Inter-University Exchange Project”, in close cooperation with other coordinators, faculty members, and administrative staff. *³

*¹ Courses (tentative) include: Academic Writing Practice, Academic Discussions and Debates, Presentation Skills, Understanding Cross-Cultural Communication, Research Methods for Social Sciences, etc.
These courses are intended for international students and Japanese students who meet the required level of language proficiency.
