Offer Description

The production lines of a paper converting company shall be characterized and modelled from an energy and environmental standpoint by analysing the performance of the individual processes and/or machines that are most relevant in terms of resource consumption (energy, water, etc.). Machine control system signals and dedicated sensors shall be used for data acquisition.
The developed models shall enable the identification of significant deviations between model forecasts and field data, allowing timely corrective actions to be implemented. Furthermore, such models shall support the optimization of processes from an energy efficiency perspective.

Oral test aimed at ascertaining candidates’ aptitude and suitability to carry out the research activity covered by the Fellowship, as well as at assessing their knowledge of English and/or other languages relevant to the research activities to be performed (up to 70 points)
