Qualification Requirements
- Ph.D. in Design / Visual Communication Design / Communication Design (mandatory)
- M.Des in Visual Communication Design
- Specialization in:
- Visual Branding & Identity Systems
- Typography & Type Design
- Publication / Editorial Design
- Graphic Systems & Brand Strategy
- Minimum 8 years of teaching / research / professional experience (as per UGC/AICTE norms or applicable regulatory body)
- Proven research publications in peer-reviewed journals
- Portfolio demonstrating professional and/or academic excellence in branding and typography
Key Responsibilities
1. Academic Responsibilities
- Teach courses in:
- Brand Identity Design
- Corporate & Visual Branding Systems
- Typography & Type Design
- Editorial & Publication Design
- Design Research Methods
- Design Theory & Criticism Guide Master’s and Ph.D. research scholars
- Develop advanced studio modules and interdisciplinary electives
- Conduct design critiques, juries, and portfolio reviews
