Part-time Graduate Teaching Assistant

Duties
  • Teach tutorial and laboratory classes for undergraduate or taught postgraduate course leaders;
  • Provide course support for undergraduate or taught postgraduate with a strong emphasis on IT applications in business;
  • Conduct independent work in the preparation of teaching materials and new course design;
  • Grade student assignments, as well as assist in laboratory tutorials;
  • Organise and assist in student activities;
  • Handle teaching related administrative duties as assigned by course leaders; and
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by Head, Associate Head and course leaders.

    • Requirements
  • A Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems/Information Technology/Computer Science or related disciplines, preferably with at least 2 years’ working experience;
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua);
  • Good leadership and communication skills with ability to work independently; and
  • Being passionate in student caring are required.

    Salary offered will be highly competitive, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
