Offer Description

Team of Sandrine Roulland, Centre d’Immunologie de Marseille-Luminy (CIML), France

Main missions and activities

The postdoctoral researcher will join Sandrine Roulland’s team at the Centre d’Immunologie de Marseille-Luminy (CIML). The group investigates genomic and transcriptomic deregulations involved in the development and progression of human lymphomas.

The successful candidate will contribute to a research program aimed at generating, interpreting, and developing in vivo CRISPR Cas9 genetic screens in Primary and cell line models of T-cell lymphomas  and characterize their oncogenic dependencies, and functionally validate them using CRISPR-based genetic perturbation approaches.

Through integrative analyses, the team also seeks to decipher the biological mechanisms underlying relapse and therapeutic resistance. The researcher will actively contribute to data analysis, synthesis of results, and preparation of scientific publications related to the project.

The postdoc will work in close collaboration with a network of bioinformaticians specializing in the design and development of data analysis pipelines for functional genomics, including CRISPR and single-cell approaches.

Responsibilities

Development of CRISPR-Cas9 genetic screens in vivo on primary and cell line lymphoma models

Generate functional genomics data (CRISPR and single-cell) using human lymphoma patient-derived models (In vivo and in vitro).

Perform and finalize the analysis of CRISPR screening experiments and generate graphical representations of results.

Validate and consolidate identified targets through CRISPR-based perturbation assays, combined with transcriptomic and proteomic analyses in both human and murine models.

Analyze, interpret, and communicate research findings with collaborators and contribute to scientific publications (manuscript writing, figure preparation).
