The Peter Guo-hua Fu School of Architecture is seeking a highly organized Office Assistant to support general administrative operations, with a particular focus on assisting students in producing successful portfolios.

Responsibilities:

• Assists with events such as meetings and training sessions, and event setup.

• Provides technical support for computer equipment and programs

• Assist Students with producing a successful Portfolio, with Feedback on the portfolios.

• Provides technical support for computer equipment and programs.

• Guide students on masters and internship applications within the field of Architecture.

• Organize events such as portfolio workshop, to guide students on the development of a professional portfolio, inviting different perspectives from other masters students or professionalism in the field.

• Performs specific editing and reviewing of documents

• Send weekly summaries of their work to the ASA VP Academic
