Offer Description

Scientific Initiation Research Grant within the I&D project “MONIZEE”.

 

Work plan and objectives:

- Support for the management and maintenance of oceanographic equipment;

- Collaboration in the planning and preparation of oceanographic campaigns;

- Participation in field campaigns on board naval units or other auxiliary platforms;

- Processing and preliminary analysis of oceanographic data collected, with a view to developing information products for sea users.

    Benefits

     

    The scholarship's remuneration amount is € 651.12 per month, in accordance with the table of values for grants directly awarded by FCT, I.P. This amount includes Voluntary Social Insurance (first level of contributions), Personal Accident Insurance, and a Meal Allowance.


    Selection process

    The selection methods to be used are as follows: 

    - Curricular evaluation and 

    - professional interview, with respective scores ranging from 0 to 20, weighted at 60% and 40%, respectively.

    - President: Commander Teotónio José Pires Barroqueiro

    - Full Members: Senior Technician Nuno Gonçalo Rufino Zacarias, and Senior Technician Inês Marina Serra Martins

    - Substitute Members: Lieutenant-Commander Luís Carlos dos Santos Melo and Senior Technician Frederico Silveira Diniz.

    The final evaluation results will be published in an alphabetically ordered list, posted in a visible and public place in the Human Resources Division and on the internet at www.hidrografico.pt , with the approved candidate being notified via email.
