The scholarship provides:
- $10,000 for one year
- An opportunity for paid work during the vacation period
- An opportunity to undertake a paid cadetship.

- be enrolling full-time in your second, third or fourth year of study in the Bachelor of Construction Management (Honours) (BH114) in semester 1 and 2 2025
- have a Grade Point Average (GPA) to date of 2.7 or higher at the end of semester 2 2024
- be able to demonstrate circumstance/s which impact your ability to study such as:
- receiving a government tested low income benefit or having a Centrelink Health Care Card
- living with a disability, long-term medical condition or identify as neurodiverse
- experiencing personal/family/social difficulties
- have previously/are currently living in foster/kinship care or are a ward of the state
- be from an under-represented cohort such as
- identify as a woman or non-binary in a male-dominated industry
- Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander
- were born overseas, are from a non-English background and recently migrated to Australia
- current or former refugee
- completed secondary school at a School Network Access Program school
- be willing to participate in a paid cadetship at Kapitol Group
- be willing to participate in paid vacation work at Kapitol Group
- be willing to participate in an interview with a representative of Kapitol Group, if shortlisted*.
