About this scholarship

This HDR scholarship is supported by an ARC DECRA project. The purpose is to support the PhD candidate to conduct basic research on “Electrocatalytic water and CO2 electrolysis for production of hydrogen and value-added chemicals”. The key concept of this project lies in the design of novel catalyst materials for facilitating the conversion of water and CO2 into value-added products. Such conversion is anticipated to generate green hydrogen and to reduce carbon emissions. The candidate is expected to show interest and enthusiasm in scientific research in catalysis, energy, and engineering and to develop knowledge in water and CO2 conversion technologies.
