The faculty member must be able to adjust to a wide range of student preparedness and teaching situations. General Statement | The Developmental Math faculty member teaches developmental math courses for Gallatin College (a two-year college). The Developmental Math faculty member works closely with Gallatin College developmental education and workforce programs faculty to ensure course requirements and outcomes, prepare students for subsequent coursework and career skills. The Developmental Math faculty member also works closely with the Gallatin College and MSU Academic Advisors to facilitate student success. The faculty member must be able to adjust to a wide range of student preparedness and teaching situations. This position is directed and managed by the Developmental Math Department Chair at Gallatin College. Evaluations for this position are completed by the Associate Dean of Gallatin College. |
