Position Summary
This position is responsible for maintaining, providing access, and developing resources for career management platforms utilized within the Center for Career Engagement. This role also coordinates student outcome data collection and reporting.


Job Description


Primary Duties & Responsibilities:


  • Manage student outcomes data collection, validation, and reporting efforts for both undergraduate and/or graduate programs. Compile and validate external data reporting requirements for various programs.

  • Support career management platform to include reviewing and approving employer accounts and job postings, administering, verifying, and updating user profiles in relevant systems for students, staff, and employers. Administer job posting boards for part-time and full-time opportunities. Coordinate registration and invoicing for career events.

  • Develop resources and best practice guides for career management platforms for internal stakeholders, including faculty, staff, and partners.

  • Responsible for maintaining technology resources, including license management for career tools and assessments. Troubleshoot and resolve access issues for students, employers, and staff on career management platforms.

  • Partner with employers to set up interview schedules, coordinate interview logistics, and/or coordinate employer presentations.

  • Perform other duties as assigned

Salary Range
$21.17 - $32.85 / Hourly

The salary range reflects base salaries paid for positions in a given job grade across the University. Individual rates within the range will be determined by factors including one's qualifications and performance, equity with others in the department, market rates for positions within the same grade and department budget.
